Меdvedja – As part of the "Bojnik Summer 2017” event, a competition in preparing the best dishes that are typical for South Serbia, titled “Forgotten Specialties of South Serbia’s Cuisine”, will be organized.
Меdvedja – As part of the "Bojnik Summer 2017” event, a competition in preparing the best dishes that are typical for South Serbia, titled “Forgotten Specialties of South Serbia’s Cuisine”, will be organized.
The competition will be held from 7 pm to 8.30 pm on July 28, 2017. A meal from South Serbia includes an appetizer, a traditional dish or a specialty from the southern part of the country and a dessert. The winner gets the prize for best made complete meal from South Serbia.
Participants in the competition may be tourist organizations, associations of women, catering facilities, such as restaurants, hotels and associations of gastronomes, and interested individuals. All participants in the competition are to present the cuisines of the places from which they come with the aim of promoting the traditional cuisine of South Serbia. Participants will receive valuable prizes from the Tourist Organization of Bojnik and will be provided with an opportunity to promote their culinary skills and publicly present their specialties.
Signing up for the competition is done at the Tourist Organization of Bojnik, by July 26, 2017 at the latest.
