Source: Vecernje novosti – Serbia  / Bujanovac – Over 200 secondary school students from Bujanovac, Presevo and Medvedja will receive scholarships this year, too. Around 300 secondary-school students took part in the Coordination Body’s open competition.   

Scholarships amounting to 6,000 dinars will be granted to secondary-school students who completed the previous school year with at least good grades and who didn’t repeat any school years. In addition to the general requirements of being Serbian citizens and having permanent residence in one of the three municipalities, scholarships will also be granted to the students coming from vulnerable families. Last year, Serbia, through the Coordination Body, provided scholarships to 233 students.
