Presevo – Private enterprise "Saba-Belca" from Presevo is the best-ranked company from Pcinj district on the "white" list of the Ministry of Construction and Transportation, since it holds the 106 th. place on it. 

There are 14 companies from Pcinj district on the Ministry’s white, positive, list, while there are only five companies on the Ministry’s black, negative, list.

The Ministry has made a black and white list of companies that are engaged in the design, construction and supervision in the field of construction based on criteria relating to their business operations, employing workers and the like.
