The construction from the roof to the ground was completed, the rooms were built and the poles were placed. What remains to be done is to install central heating, to build sanitary facilities and to install the fire alarm system.
Dragan Manasijevic from the Vranje eparchy says that 45 to 50 million dinars were needed for the completion of works on the King's dormitory.
King Peter began building the King's dormitory, which occupies an area of 1,465 square meters, in 1912. The dormitory was never fully completed. It is located on the complex of the Prohor Pcinjski monastery, which dates back to the 11th century.
