Bujanovac – The young Red Cross volunteers from Bujanovac completed a three-day training in the voluntary blood donation, which was organized at the Red Cross resort in Mitrovo polje from April 21 to 23.
According to the Red Cross of Bujanovac, 45 volunteers from Bujanovac, Rekovac, Gadzin Han, Ćićevac, Jagodina, Paracin, Aleksandrovac, Trstenik and Pirot were actively involved in the training.
With the assistance of youth volunteers of the Red Cross from Kovin, Kraljevo, Sombor, Ivanjica and Prokuplje, they were thought how to successfully implement voluntary blood donations and what is expected of them.
At the same time, they familiarized themselves with the tasks and responsibilities of the transfusion service. The training in Mitrovo polje was realized with funds of the Austrian Red Cross, which supports the project of developing blood donations of the Red Cross of Serbia "3K Life."
