The call for the allocation of subsidies to privately-owned companies in the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja in 2016 was published in the “Politika” daily, on the Coordination Body Office’s website, as well as on those of the municipalities of Bujanovac and Medvedja, and on those of the Local Economic Development Offices in Bujanovac, Presevo and Medvedja on September 6, 2016.  The deadline for submitting the applications expired on September 30, 2016.

The selection panel, the members of which included Jelena Marjanovic, the Acting Assistant Director of the Coordination Body’s Office, the Chairperson of the Panel, Enis Salihi, a representative of the municipality of Bujanovac, a member of the Panel, Armend Aliu, a representative of the municipality of Presevo, a member of the Panel, Dejan Simic, a representative of the municipality of Medvedja, a member of the Panel, Milan Rakic, a representative of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, a member of the Panel, Branko Filipovic, a representative of the Ministry of Mining and Energy, a member of the Panel, Milan Cupric, a representative of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection,  a member of the Panel, Tihomir Rajic, a representative of the Ministry of Economy, a member of the Panel and Dragovan Milicevic, an independent expert in the economics profession, which was set up in accordance with the decision on the establishment of the selection panel for the evaluation and selection of the applications for subsidies awarded to privately owned enterprises, the reference number of which is 100 401-00-00021-39/2016-01 of October 4, 2016, held a meeting on October 12 and 13 and reviewed all the submitted applications.

The selection panel noted that 39 applications had been submitted, of which 24 met the requirements of the call, while 15 applications were rejected due to non-fulfillment of the formal requirements of the call.

Upon the expiry of the deadline for filing appeals, the selection panel considered the seven complaints that were received and that were in compliance with the decision, based on which the financing for the following applications was granted:  

1) The municipality of Bujanovac

1. "MINOR COM", the village of Biljaca bb, Bujanovac – 65 points – the amount of approved funds is 2,679,950.00 dinars;

2. DOO "CORNIZA", Kosovska 107, Bujanovac – 64 points – the amount of approved funds is 2,994,600.00 dinars;

3. "UNIQUE" DOO, Kosovska 107, Bujanovac – 61 points – the amount of approved funds is 3,000,000.00 dinars;

4. "TERMOPAN GLASS" DOO, Iljaz Selimi 12, Bujanovac – 57 points – the amount of approved funds is 2,502,190.30 dinars;

5. 'NIKI COM "Industrial zone bb, Bujanovac – 55 points – the amount of approved funds is 2,970,450.00 dinars;

6. "VLLEZRIT Osman" DOO, the village of Biljaca bb, Bujanovac – 53 points – the amount of approved funds is 2,945,752.00 dinars;

7. "Labia COMERC" doo, Petra Drapšina 72, Bujanovac – 47 points – the amount of approved funds is 2,466,800.00 dinars;

8. OD "MIS", the village of Petka bb, the village of Klenike, Bujanovac – 45 points – 2,097,485.30 dinars (Note: the required amount of 2,940,000.00 dinars was not proposed for the applicant OD "MIS”, but the rest up to the full amount of the allocated funds).

The total amount of funds for the municipality of Bujanovac is 21,657,227.60 dinars.

2) The municipality of Presevo

1. "NURA" DOO, 15 Novembra bb, Presevo ​​- 80 points – the amount of approved funds is 2,950,000.00 dinars;

2. PUP "FLUIDI" DOO, the village of Zujince, Presevo ​​- 66 points – the amount of approved funds is 3,000,000.00 dinars;

3. "SERA" DOO, the village of Rajince bb, Presevo ​​- 64 points – the amount of approved funds is 2,976,372.00 dinars;

4. OD "MAJ COM", Abdule Krasnice 17, Presevo ​​- 55 points – the amount of approved funds is 3,000,000.00 dinars;

5. "CERAMICS" DOO, the village of Crnotince bb, Presevo ​​- 47 points – the amount of approved funds is 3,000,000.00 dinars;

6. SZR "LIMANI COM", the village of Rajince bb, Presevo ​​- 42 points – the amount of approved funds is 1,817,180.40 dinars.

The total amount of funds for the municipality of Presevo is 16,743,552.40 dinars.

3) The municipality of Medvedja

1. "METAL BOLE" Retkocerska bb, the village of Retkocer, Medvedja – 59 points – the amount of approved funds is 1,599,220.00 dinars;

The total amount of funds for the municipality of Medvedja is 1,599,220.00 dinars.

7. "GUMAL PRODUKT" DOO, the village of Oraovica bb, Presevo ​​- 39 points;

9. SZR "SULJA SULEJMAN EMINI”, the village of Oraovica bb, Presevo ​​- 26 points.

Were rated as correct, but did not receive any funding because of the number of points obtained at the competition.
