The Commission for approving the investment plan and for proposing the measures for  implementing the lease in the procedure for exercising the priority right to lease agricultural land, which was set up by a decision of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, issued on August 14, 2018, a public call on the requirements for exercising the priority right to lease agricultural land owned by the state in the territory of the Republic of Serbia and on the documentation to be submitted, along with the request for exercising the right to priority lease.

The call was issued in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the requirements, manner of and procedure for exercising the right to priority lease, the criteria for determining the amount of lease for the right to priority lease, as well as the documentation to be submitted with the request for exercising the right to priority lease ("Official Gazette", No. 30/18).
