Who can apply: local self-governmental units, separately or several local self-governmental units that jointly implement the project

Purpose of the funds:

1) Pre-feasibility study;

2) Feasibility study;

3) Study on the assessment of environmental impact;

4) General project;

5) Conceptual solution;

6) Conceptual Design;

7) Project for building permit;

8) Project for execution.

The project and technical documentation that is of importance for the regional and local development, which is the subject of co-financing by the Ministry, is the documentation relating to:

1) Development and improvement of business infrastructure (industrial zones, industrial and technological parks, business zones, business incubators and clusters);

2) Revitalization of brownfields;

3) Development of transport and utilities infrastructure

Co-financing by the Ministry:

1) Up to 30% for the local self-governments in the first group;

2) Up to 50% for the local self-governments in the second group;

3) Up to 70% for the local self-governments in the third group;

4) Up to 90% for the local self-governments in the fourth group.

The application submission deadline is February 13, 2017.
