The Development Agency of Serbia announced a public call for the implementation of standardized mentoring services. The public call for the implementation of standardized mentoring services is published in accordance with the Program of the Ministry of Economy – Standardized Set of Services for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs in 2019, which is implemented through accredited regional development agencies.

The mentoring service is intended for micro, small and medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs, clusters and cooperatives, with the aim of providing uninterrupted development and reduce the number of unsuccessful businesses, clusters and cooperatives by providing comprehensive and timely customer support.

Mentoring is a set of the following services:

⋅ Diagnosing in order to understand the current state of affairs in a business, cluster or cooperative;    

⋅ Assistance in preparing development activities/plans/projects in order to achieve the goals of a business entity, a cluster, a cooperative;  

⋅ Advising and coordinating the access to funds, new technologies, consulting services etc in order to encourage the development and improve the business;

⋅ Assistance with preparing loan applications for banks and support programs for micro, small and medium-sized companies, clusters and cooperatives;

⋅ Assistance in the implementation of development activities/plans/projects;

⋅ Assistance in finding business partners; 

⋅Assistance in finding the necessary information;

⋅ Kaizen; 

⋅ Consulting;  

⋅ Counseling / coaching; 

⋅ Training;

⋅ Referring to appropriate specialized consultants.

The service refers to free mentoring for micro, small and medium-sized companies, entrepreneurs, clusters and cooperatives, which have been operating for up to three years or are at a critical moment for their further development or for survival on the market. 

The deadline for completing the provision of standardized mentoring services is December 31, 2019. 

The total budget for the provision of standardized mentoring services, within the framework of the standardized set of services of the Ministry of Economy, is 5,000,000.00 dinars. The gross amount of 1,700.00 dinars per hour has been set for the provision of the service.

Applications with all the accompanying forms and documentation are to be submitted personally or by registered post to your accredited regional development agency with the note: Application for a public call for receiving mentoring service in 2019. 

The public call is open until June 1, 2019.
