The program of support to small enterprises for the procurement of the equipment in 2019 is carried out by the Ministry of Economy, in cooperation with the Development Agency of Serbia and selected business banks and leasing companies:

RAIFFEISEN BANK, Belgrade

UNICREDIT LEASING, Belgrade

The total available funds for the implementation of the Program are 1.000.000.000,00 dinars.

The overall objective of the Program is to strengthen the competitiveness of business entities, to improve their business and to internationalize them, as well as to create new jobs through investment in the equipment.

The funds set by the Program are intended to co-finance the purchase of new production equipment and the equipment directly involved in the process of production of interchangeable goods and the execution of construction works:

1) Production equipment and /or machines;

2) Transport and manipulative means involved in the process of production and inland transport;

3) Parts, specialized tools for machines or other capital goods;

4) Construction machinery for the needs of construction works.

Eligible to apply for the grants are:

1) Legal entities registered at the Agency for Business Registers as companies or cooperatives, which are classified into micro or small legal entities, in accordance with the Law on Accounting, and

2) Entrepreneurs registered at the Agency for Business Registers. 

The public call is open until the available funds are spent, but not later than December 31, 2019. Legal entities can submit only one application for grants for the purchase of the equipment to one bank or leasing company.
