The Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development issued a public call for submitting the applications for professional training programs in the field of financial literacy with the aim of raising the competence of elementary school employees.
The funds are intended for carrying out professional development programs approved in accordance with the rules governing the continuous professional development of educators, teachers and professional associates, by which primary school employees' skills in the area of financial literacy are improved through the organizing of professional training courses.
Eligible to apply are legal entities headquartered in the territory of the Republic of Serbia (institutions in the field of education, governmental, non-governmental and other non-profit organizations established for the purpose of achieving the objectives and improving education).
The funds for implementing the program of professional training aimed at improving primary school employees' skills in the area of financial literacy by organizing professional training courses have been provided in the budget of the Republic of Serbia in the amount of 5,000,000.00 dinars.
The beneficiary of the funds, as a Contracting Party, is obliged to submit monthly reports to the Ministry, and upon the completion of all planned training courses, a final report, too.
Participants in the public call should submit their applications and their professional development proposals within 7 days from the date of publication of the call on the Ministry's website.
The applicant submits the documents for the call to the records management office of the Ministry or by mail in a sealed envelope marked "Public Call for Proposals for Raising the Competence of Primary School Employees in the Area of Financial Literacy" (do not open), the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, the Section for Pre-Primary and Primary Education, Nemanjina 22-26, 11000 Belgrade, the 6th. floor, Wing C, Room 22.
