The Ministry of Youth and Sports has launched a public call to stimulate various forms of employment, self-employment and entrepreneurship for young people in 2020. The call is open until February 24, 2020.

The purpose of the program is to finance/co-finance programs and projects of public interest in the areas of the youth sector implemented by youth associations and youth alliances. The funds allocated for this call amount to a total of 75 million dinars.

 The aim of the competition is to improve the employability of young women and men through the implementation of activities planned by the Action Plan for the implementation of the National Youth Strategy for the 2018-2020 period.

Expected results and effects of the project/program:

1. Offered sustainable mechanisms that foster the employability and employment of young people through cross-sectoral cooperation, which can be multiplied,   

2. Launched youth entrepreneurial ventures,

3. Employment of a number of young people involved in the program or project or starting their own businesses,

4. Training a specific number of young people for scarce occupations for which there is a specific demand by business entities.

The maximum grant amount has not been set.  

Projects must be completed by December 10, 2020.

The call is open to youth associations and youth alliances registered in the Ministry's single records. It is recommended that one participant participates in the competition with one program or project, while it may also participate as one of the partners in another submitted program or project.
