By granting funds on the basis of public calls, the Ministry of Youth and Sports finances and co-finances programs and projects of public interest in the areas of the youth sector that are implemented by local self-governments.
By granting funds on the basis of public calls, the Ministry of Youth and Sports finances and co-finances programs and projects of public interest in the areas of the youth sector that are implemented by local self-governments.
Funds for the programs and projects under this call, in the amount of up to 55,000,000.00 dinars, have been provided in the budget of the Republic of Serbia on the basis of the Law on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2021.
It has been planned to finance the programs and projects for undertaking the following activities:
1) Development of sustainable services and mechanisms that enhance career guidance and counseling, entrepreneurship, employability and youth employment and increase the bringing into line of knowledge, skills and competencies acquired in the learning process with the needs of the local labor market.
2) Providing conditions for quality leisure time, active participation in society, implementation of cultural content, non-formal education and information tailored to the needs of all categories of young people (renovation, equipping and supporting programs of youth clubs, youth centers and other spaces for young people); providing conditions for the promotion and practice of healthy and safe lifestyles of young people adjusted to the needs of all categories of young people (participation in the construction of outdoor gyms, open spaces for recreational facilities, bike and jogging paths, etc.); developing one or more programs and establishing sustainable and cost-effective youth services (career service, info service, volunteer service, health counseling service, etc.).
A local self-governmental unit that has an established youth office can participate in the call.
The available financial resources for the implementation of the program or project by which the goal 1) of the call is achieved amount to a total of 20,000,000.00 dinars, while the funds for achieving the goal 2) of the call amount to a total of 35,000,000.00 dinars.
In one program or project, the highest amount of funds for financing or co-financing by the Ministry is up to 3,000,000.00 dinars.
The program or project can last until December 10, 2021 at the latest.
