By implementing the Program for Support to the Processing Industry sectors, the Development Agency of Serbia is improving the business environment and increasing the competitiveness of the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises within the manufacturing sector grouped in four areas: the machinery and equipment industry; the food-processing industry, the wood and furniture industry and the rubber and plastics industry, which is a first step in the implementation of the set strategic goals and activities.

Eligible to apply and use the grants are micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, whose main activity is the production or processing of products from the manufacturing sector grouped in the above-mentioned 4 areas.

The applicant can submit one application for the participation in the Program, within which he/she can apply for several activities.

The available funds are granted individually to the beneficiaries, such as a co-financing of each project activity of up to 40% of the eligible costs, without VAT.

The maximum amount of approved funds is 1.000.000,00 dinars.

The total budget of the program is 50,000,000.00 dinars.

 The deadline for completing the contracted activities and realizing payments within the approved project is 12 months from the date of signing the contract with the DAS.

Applications with all supporting forms and documentation are to be submitted personally or by registered mail to the accredited regional development agencies, with the note: Application for a Public Call for Participating in the Program of Support to the Processing Industry Sectors.
