The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, the Directorate for Agrarian Payments has issued a public call for applications for the incentives for investments in processing and marketing of agricultural and food products in the wine production sector in 2020.

The subject of incentives are acceptable investments and costs in the wine production sector related to the construction of winery facilities, general costs and/or purchase of the new equipment, devices and machines for wine production.

The right to incentives can be exercised for acceptable investments and costs that are fully realized in the period from September 1, 2019, as well as for those that will be realized under the conditions, in the manner and within the time specified by the decision approving the realization of acceptable investments and costs, while the right to incentives for general costs can be realized if they are realized in the period from January 1, 2018, until the expiration of the deadline determined by the decision approving the realization of acceptable investments and costs.

The request for exercising the right to incentives for investments in processing and marketing of agricultural and food products in the wine production sector for 2020 is submitted in the period from July 6 to August 19, 2020, through the Records Office of the Republican Administrative Bodies in Belgrade, Nemanjina 22-26, Belgrade, or by post to the address: the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management – the Directorate for Agrarian Payments, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 84, 11 050 Belgrade. .

Incentives are determined in the amount of 60% of the value of the acceptable investment, which is reduced by the amount of funds for value added tax.

The maximum amounts of incentives for each type of incentive are:

1) For investments in the construction of winery facilities – 30,000,000 dinars;

2) For the purchase of new equipment, devices and machines for wine production – 10,000,000 dinars;

3) For general expenses – 1,000,000 dinars.

The highest total amount of incentives that an incentive beneficiary can receive in one calendar year is 41,000,000 dinars.

Funds in the total amount of 250,000,000 dinars are earmarked for this public call.
