Presevo, Bujanovac, Medvedja – The Ministry of Defense issued a public call for the candidates wishing to do a voluntary military service under arms in 2018.

Male and female candidates who are, in 2018, turning from 19 to 30 years of age may apply for doing a voluntary military service under arms.  General requirements are that the person is a citizen of the Republic of Serbia, that no criminal proceedings against him/her have been instigated, that the person has not been lawfully convicted of a crime, that the person has not been sentenced to prison, that he/she is capable of doing military exercises and that he/she has a university degree, or a two-year post- secondary school degree.

Citizens of Vranje should submit their applications for doing a voluntary military service under arms to the Center of the Ministry of Defense in Vranje, while the citizens of Bujanovac and Presevo should submit their applications to the municipal offices of the Vranje-based Center of the Ministry of Defense in those municipalities.
