The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management – the Agrarian Payments Directorate issued a public call for the submission of requests for exercising the right to incentives for investments in the physical property of farms for the purchase of new machinery and equipment for the improvement of digitalization of livestock agricultural production.

The right to incentives is realized by a person who is a taxpayer of value added tax, who is registered in the Register of Farms and who is active, such as:

1. A physical person – the holder of a commercial family farm

2.An entrepreneur and

3. A company.

All documents submitted with the request for incentives must be addressed to the Applicant and enclosed with the original or a certified copy. Documents in a foreign language must be translated into Serbian by an authorized court interpreter.    

The highest total amount of incentives that a beneficiary can get in one calendar year is 15,000,000 dinars.
