Calls for admission to military schools are open until March 15. The Military Academy will receive 177 cadets for six study programs. The Faculty of Medicine of the Military Medical Academy (MMA) will enroll 25 cadets in medical studies. The Military Grammar School will enroll 105 boys and girls in the first grade, 15 students in the second grade and 10 students in the third grade. 50 students of both sexes, who come from the citizenry, will be admitted to the Secondary Vocational Military School, said Major Zeljko Marinkovic.
The main reasons for the traditionally high interest of young people in enrolling in military schools are top-notch education and excellent school conditions, free accommodation and meals at the boarding, houses, the overall teaching literature and the use of modern facilities for extracurricular activities.
The Military Academy offers modern higher education and research, visits to military-educational institutions in the region and the world, tests of the acquired knowledge and skills in the field and during practical forms of teaching, developed teaching material base, including modern simulation software and participation in scientific conferences and seminars in the country and abroad.
The Medical Faculty of the Military Medical Academy (MMA) provides cadets and students with top-level education in the medical sciences, fostering a research spirit, independence and responsibility in their work, so that they could contribute to the advancement of military healthcare as experts in various fields of medical profession and science.
The Military Grammar School ensures the acquisition of general knowledge relevant to continuing education at the Military Academy and the Medical Faculty of the Military Medical Academy (MMA).
The program of regular teaching at the Military Grammar School is in line with the curriculum of the general education grammar schools. The Secondary Vocational Military School enables the acquisition of general, professional and military-professional knowledge and skills, and upon completion provides a secure job in the initial duties of a non-commissioned officer.
