Presevo – The Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation donated the equipment for responding to emergency situations to the municipality of Presevo, as well as to the municipalities of Subotica, Sid, Lajkovac, Sjenica, Tutin and Subotica, the Foundation said.

The value of the donation, which consists of rubber lifeboats, rescue vests, generators, water pumps, computer equipment for the offices of the municipal centers for emergency situations, is 10 thousand dollars per municipality, while the total amount of the project is 700,000 US dollars.

The Foundation’s donation goes to the municipalities that are working on strengthening their capacity for responding to crisis situations, while the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation carries out the project "Support to Local Communities’ Response to the Refugee Crisis" in cooperation with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
