Medvedja – At a ceremonial meeting that was held on the occasion of the Day of the Municipality of Lebane, a plaque was awarded to the municipality of Medvedja for excellent cooperation between the two municipalities.

The plaque was presented to Nebojsa Arsic, the Mayor of Medvedja, who congratulated the holiday to all  residents of Lebane and said that he did not hide the satisfaction over being linked to that place personally and through his work.

“The cooperation between these two municipalities has lasted for a long time, and it has  improved over the past few years. The Lebane-Medvedja road has been partially reconstructed this year, while more works will be carried out, so that these two places could become even closer and more connected,” Mayor Arsic said.

Two days ago, a gathering of sport utility vehicle (SUV) divers was organized by the municipalities of Lebane and Medvedja, which is a proof of good cooperation that is growing into a tradition, which might bring considerable finds to the two municipalities in the future.
