The Digital Transformation Center of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (DTC SCC) invites companies to apply for a new Digital Transformation Support Program for Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and, with the help of certified consultants, improve their businesses by introducing state-of-the-art digital and other tools.

The call for proposals under the Digital Transformation Support Program for Micro, Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises 2019-2020 was launched by the DTC SCC, in cooperation with the German Organization for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the Serbian Development Agency (SDA), with the aim of strengthening the capacity and competitiveness of the MSME sector in Serbia. 

The selected companies will have the opportunity to get certified consultants that will produce free expert analyzes for them, which define the key areas that need to be improved, the SCC said.

The next step is the development and implementation of a digital strategy aimed at improving the competitiveness of MSMEs by improving business processes, products and services, communication with potential and current customers and by planning more efficient financing, increasing profitability, marketing and promotional activities.

The development and implementation of the digital strategy is co-financed by the Serbian Development Agency (SDA) up to 50 percent of the total costs, up to a maximum of 600,000 dinars.

Digital transformation is a great opportunity for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to adopt innovative business models early and thus introduce innovative business models, significantly improve work processes and develop new products that will provide them with rapid growth, competitive advantage and the conquering of new markets.

Companies interested in participating in the program should apply via the link and complete an online questionnaire on the current state of digitization, and the data obtained will be the starting point for consultants to produce Expert Analysis.
