NEW TRANSNATIONAL COOPERATION ACTIVITIES (TCAS) FOR THE YOUNG

Transnational Cooperation Activities (TCAs) are aimed at the individuals employed and active in the formal education sector and the youth sector.

Currently, several events are open for participants from Serbia, for which those interested in them can apply. In case of changes in the manner and date of the event due to the measures related to the corona virus pandemic, the selected participants will be notified in a timely manner by the organizers.

VulnerABILITY: Transforming Weaknesses into Strengths for Social Inclusion

This TCA is dedicated to the topic of inclusion of members of vulnerable groups in the context of youth work and will be held in Brussels from October 19 to 24 this year. During the training, participants will have the opportunity to consider the ways in which members of vulnerable groups can be actively involved, recognized and engaged in youth work activities, as well as in the local community. The training will also be dedicated to the topic of developing the competencies and resilience of these people through non-formal learning and cooperation activities.

Conference: “On Track 4 – Different Youth Work Approaches for Different NEET Situations”

The main topic of this three-day cross-sectoral TCA conference, which is to be held in Istanbul from December 8 to 12 this year, is support for the young from the NEET category, or for  the young who are not employed and are not included in any of the training or education programs. The conference will bring together representatives of youth work and other sectors dealing with youth (formal education, employment, social and business sector …).

By participating in the conference, youth workers will be able to get acquainted with the challenges that this group of young people is facing and the ways in which the local community, through cross-sectoral cooperation, can contribute to solving them. The conference will also be dedicated to ideas and initiatives for empowerment and active inclusion of NEET youth in the labor market.

Special Puzzle

The goal of the TCA seminar on establishing partnerships called "Special Puzzle" is to open opportunities for active cooperation between organizations working with the young with disabilities. The seminar will be held in Vilnius from December 23 to 27 this year, and on that occasion, various youth organizations will be able to present themselves, get to know each other and open opportunities for active cooperation in their future work with the young with disabilities.
