The NIS Company has launched a new program for young people called "NIS Energy" which is intended for graduates and master students, while all those interested in it can apply until November 30 by sending their CVs via the link https://posao.nis.rs/prijava/nis-energy.

"NIS Energy" is a one-year paid program of the NIS company, which is intended for motivated young candidates who can provide new energy to the company with their ideas, and at the same time get a chance to learn and develop themselves in one of the largest energy companies in the region. The candidate is required to have less than a year of work experience, excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, as well as the knowledge of English.

Master students and those who graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, Faculty of Mining and Geology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Technical Faculty, Faculty of Technology, Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Law can apply for the program.

The beginning of the program is planned for February 2021, while NIS mentors will follow up the participants over the entire duration of the program. In addition to practical work in the company, the program also includes various training courses and professional lectures, as well as work on an individual project. Participants conclude a fixed-term employment contract for a period of one year, after which they get the opportunity to get a job in the company upon completing the program.
