Leskovac, Medvedja – Out of 78 results of sampled persons from the area of the Jablanica district, which arrived in the Leskovac Institute of Public Health (ZZJZ) over the past 24 hours, 16 had a positive finding for the corona virus.

The Leskovac Institute of Public Health said that most new patients were in Vlasotince.  Nine cases of the infection were registered in that municipality, which is almost half of the total number of tested persons.  In Leskovac, out of 28 sampled persons, the infection was confirmed in one of them. There are three new patients in the municipality of Bojnik, two in the municipality of Medvedja, and one in the municipality of Lebane.

Among the newly infected are one child, nine employed and five unemployed persons, as well as one pensioner.

Currently, 93 more people are waiting for the testing results from the laboratory "Vatreno oko" in Nis. In the previous days, they were sampled in the Leskovac Institute of Public Health, the Leskovac General Hospital and the health centers in the district.
