Bujanovac – The Municipality of Bujanovac and the organizations "Initiative for Peaceful Change" and "People in Need" signed a memorandum on the implementation of the project "Empowering Local Communities for a Balanced Development".

The project is dedicated to those young people who have decided to stay in Serbia and who believe in the potential of their hometown, it was said in the statement of the local self-government.

The project is funded by the Government of the United Kingdom, and will be implemented until August 2022 in the areas where the municipal administration and civil society are committed to improving the lives of all residents.

Particular attention will be paid to the needs of the young, while the project activities will be focused on using the potential of this important part of the population, such as investing in their education and skills, so that they could start their own businesses and actively participate in the digital market.
