Bujanovac – Prompted by the participation of the municipality of Bujanovac in the new EU development program EU PRO, Saip Kamberi, the Mayor of Bujanovac, and Graeme Tyndall, the EU PRO Project Manager, talked in Bujanovac.  

EU PRO is a development program that will be implemented instead of the current European Progress one, worth 25 million euros, and it will include 99 local self-governments in Serbia, along with the municipality of Bujanovac.

In a statement issued by the municipality of Bujanovac it was said that Mayor Kamberi and Mr. Tyndall had discussed the opportunities for and cooperation in implementing the projects of the EU PRO development program. 

"It should be noted that the participation of the municipality of Bujanovac in the recently completed European Progress program was fruitful – and the cooperation will continue in the new development program", it was said in the statement.

The EU PRO program will be focused on economic development and it will be launched this March.
