Belgrade – In connection with the statements of the Albanians from South Serbia that Serbia did not respect the Konculj Agreement, Zoran Stankovic, President of the Coordination Body for the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, said that the  agreement did not exist, but only a declaration on the demilitarization of the so-called Liberation Army of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja.

„The Končulj Agreement does not exist, while there is only a statement on the demilitarization that was signed in Končulj by John Sullivan, the Head of NATO for the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia,  and by the so-called commanders of the Liberation Army of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja. The statement stipulated that the armed formations disarm and surrender their weapons and that peace be established in the region.
