As he stated on the Facebook page, the exercise of rights would be insisted on until the demand was fully met.
“The desire to be part of the European family is symbolically expressed by selecting May 9, which is the Day of Europe, for the Day of the Municipality of Bujanovac. This day symbolizes Europe, to which we belong geographically, as well as the values of the great European family, which we aspire to, "Mr. Kamberi said.
He told the citizens that May 9 meant accepting diversity and unification regarding general goals and not divisions.
"The future of this region is and will remain the European Union," Mr. Kamberi said.
The municipality will not organize any ceremonies or events on that day because, as it was unofficially said, the Ramadan post was in progress.
