Presevo – The Refugee Center in Presevo, where 866 people currently reside, is almost completely full up, said the Director of the non-governmental organization (NGO) “Youth for Refugees "from Presevo Valon Arifi.

He added that another 114 people, who used to reside on the Serbian-Hungarian border and in the park near the railway station in Belgrade, arrived in the Presevo Center last Friday, These are the people who, due to the closed borders, stayed outdoors or in totally inhumane conditions for a long time. They got a decent accommodation here, as well as three meals a day and medical care, "Mr. Arifi said.

According to him, 866 people currently reside at the Refugee Center in Presevo and all the capacities of the camp are filled, as well as those of the camp in Bujanovac, where there are around 200 people.

He pointed out that the Centre in Presevo was one of the best camping sites in the region, with excellent conditions for the stay, but that refugees and migrants did not give up on their goal to get to some of the Western European countries.
