The subject of the contract is co-financing the preparation of technical documentation for the project "Reconstruction of Water Supply in Medvedja," which involves making a preliminary design of reconstruction and upgrading of the water supply system in Medvedja.
The contract also governs the mutual rights and obligations of the Ministry of Economy and local self-governments in the implementation of co-financing measures of the local self-governmental units for the development of technical documentation on the basis of the Regulation on Establishing the Program for Encouraging Regional and Local Development in 2018.
