Belgrade – Zoran Stankovic, the President of the Coordination Body for the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, met with HE Lamberto Zannier, the High Commissioner on National Minorities in The Hague. The meeting was attended by HE Andrea Orizio, the Head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia.
Belgrade – Zoran Stankovic, the President of the Coordination Body for the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, met with HE Lamberto Zannier, the High Commissioner on National Minorities in The Hague. The meeting was attended by HE Andrea Orizio, the Head of the OSCE Mission to Serbia.
During the meeting, the High Commissioner presented Mr. Stankovic with the Serbian – Albanian/Albanian-Serbian "Little Dictionary/ Fjalor i Vogel," which would be distributed to schools in the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja. A copy of the dictionary will be given to each class in a total of 16 schools with instruction in the Albanian language.
Zoran Stankovic, the President of the Coordination Body, voiced satisfaction with the cooperation with the Office of the High Commissioner on National Minorities, saying that he was confident that various activities, which were of great importance for the inhabitants of the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, would be, to the mutual satisfaction, carried out in the future, too.
