Bujanovac – At this year’s second session of the Municipal Assembly of Bujanovac, which was held yesterday, it was decided to liquidate the Bujanovac Public Enterprise "Directorate for Building Land, Urban Planning, Roads and Housing", which entered the process of status changes in December 2016. The liquidation process will be conducted out of court, through a liquidation manager, for whom Farus Islami was appointed. The rights, obligations, liability and property were taken over by the municipality of Bujanovac.
Bujanovac – At this year’s second session of the Municipal Assembly of Bujanovac, which was held yesterday, it was decided to liquidate the Bujanovac Public Enterprise "Directorate for Building Land, Urban Planning, Roads and Housing", which entered the process of status changes in December 2016. The delegates at the meeting reached a decision on bringing the Public Company "Komunalac" into line with legal regulations on public companies. This was done because of the remaining employees of the Directorate, who had been assigned to “Komunalac.”
Also adopted were reports on last year’s activities of the municipal Center for Emergency Situations, the “November 14” Library, the “Vuk Karadzic” Community Center, the Tourist Organization of Bujanovac, the “Mladost” Sports Center and the Center for Social Work.
