Belgrade – Ten municipalities in the southeastern and southwestern Serbia will, with the support of the European Union and the Government of Switzerland, and through the European Progress development program, implement the programs of improving the knowledge and skills for increasing employment among the citizens who belong to the vulnerable groups of the population.
Belgrade – Ten municipalities in the southeastern and southwestern Serbia will, with the support of the European Union and the Government of Switzerland, and through the European Progress development program, implement the programs of improving the knowledge and skills for increasing employment among the citizens who belong to the vulnerable groups of the population.
In the statement issued by the European Progress development program, it was said that professional practice and training courses, which had been planned by the local action plans, would be organized.
“Apart from reducing unemployment in the municipalities, especially among vulnerable population, the European Union and the Swiss Government will, by supporting these projects, contribute to reducing the imbalance between supply and demand for human resources on the local labor markets, "said Graeme Tyndall, the European Progress Program Manager.
Covered by the program are Aleksinac, Babusnica, Bela Palanka, Doljevac, Ivanjica, Prijepolje, Prokuplje, Sjenica, Trgoviste and Vranje.
Job training will be conducted in the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, too.
