Presevo, Bujanovac, Medvedja – This year, a significant innovation will be introduced in the work of municipal services in our country. State bodies will exchange the necessary information for free.

Compared with other European countries, Serbia is leading not only by the number of necessary documents that citizens themselves submit for the purpose of exercising their rights, but also by the number of counters in the lines of which they have to stand in order to finish the job.   

In order to avoid unnecessary waiting and spending money, the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government is going to introduce a single administrative counter that will be the bridge with all the bodies with which the client would communicate directly to achieve one or more rights.

This means that the client will submit only one request at a single desk, where he/she will receive all relevant information. He/she will communicate with only a single body and will also get a relevant decision at that desk.
