This year, the International Jazz Day was marked in Bujanovac for the first time. As part of the "Jazz – a Multi-Cultural Expression" project, the Nisville Foundation organized a free concert on the occasion of the International Jazz Day, thus providing the citizens of Bujanovac with enjoyment by this out of the ordinary event.
The great hall of the "Vuk Karadzic" cultural center was packed with young people from Bujanovac, who were eager to hear the new rhythms and tones. In addition to their desire to hear music, young residents of Bujanovac provided support to their peers who performed in the concert, which was held as part of the project implemented by Nisville. During the implementation of the project, the young musicians will have two more opportunities to show their musical skills, during the "Cultural Summer" event, which is held in Bujanovac every year, and at the Nisville festival itself.
Special guests of the concert were members of the "Jam Station" jazz band, which provided unforgettable moments to Bujanovac’s youth.

The "Jazz – a Multicultural Expression" project is supported by the Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia and the Office of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for Cooperation with Civil Society. The Coordination Body’s Office and the municipality of Bujanovac supported the activities undertaken in the municipality.
