Bujanovac – Members of the delegation of the Independent Journalists' Association of Serbia (IJAS) visited Bujanovac over the weekend, where they were met by Saip Kamberi, the Mayor of Bujanovac, and Stojanca Arsic, the Deputy Mayor of Bujanovac.

Speaking to the journalists, the municipal leaders noted that the political situation in Bujanovac was stable and emphasized the good cooperation between the Serbian and ethnic Albanian parties in power.

Following a meeting held at the municipal building, the visitors paid a visit to Veliki Trnovac “to get convinced that the story of that village as a center of drug mafia and drugs, which was presented by certain media, was mere prejudice unsupported by the facts, "Mayor Kamberi said.
