The Public Policy Research Center is conducting an online survey under the title “Has Quarantine Taught Us to Work from Home?

By the force of circumstances, many of us have become engaged in the digital transformation of Serbia by suddenly having our homes turned into our offices. In front of you is a survey by which we want to find out how you have managed: What are your working hours now? Do you manage to get organized and concentrate on work? What do you miss more, having a cup of coffee with your colleagues and being close with them or having a good Internet connection, software and the knowledge of online tools?

In order not to make this work transformation during COVID 19 merely an unwilling experiment, we invite you to take part in the survey by which we want to shed some light on the possibilities of our infrastructure and employers for such a transformation, and to understand what skills we have and what skills we lack. The goal is to learn lessons and make recommendations that could help employees, employers and policy makers to more readily anticipate the future. This survey is conducted by the Public Policy Research Center, which is a non-profit and non-governmental organization dealing with the future of work and representing the values ​​of decent employment and living.

Participation in the survey is on a voluntary basis. Completing the survey takes 10 minutes. The survey is anonymous. Your answers are completely confidential and will be used in an aggregated fashion and only for research purposes.
