The program, which is, in this cycle, intended for students of the final year of master studies, makes it possible for them to work in different sectors of the company, as well as the opportunity to engage in work processes and gain the necessary experience.
Tatjana Jovanovic, Director of Human Resources and Organizational Culture for South East Europe at the "Philip Morris" company, states that the trainees who successfully complete the internship, will, through this program, have the option of staying on at the company.
The "Philip Morris" company launched this global practice program with the intention of providing students with the necessary knowledge and skills, and preparing them for the business world. I think that this is an ideal time to work at our company, bearing in mind the great transformation that we are going through, so that the young people that will, through this program, join us, will be able to learn a great deal. The experience gained in 9 months, which is how long the paid internship lasts, starting from January next year, will surely be of great importance to them, regardless of whether they, after the internship, stay to work for "Phillip Morris" or pursue a career in another company, "Ms. Jovanovic said.
Ivan Cvetkovic, last year's student of the "InKompas' program, considers it commendable when a large multinational companies, such as" Philip Morris ", decides to help young people with starting their careers and offers them the opportunity that can significantly determine their future career path.

At the same time, according to a survey conducted by "Infostud", the "Philip Morris" company is among the "Top 10 most desirable employers in Serbia."
