Presevo – Prior to the adoption of the budget for the next year, the municipality of Presevo will organize, for the first time this year, a public debate with the citizens and beneficiaries of the municipal budget. According to the statement made by the Office of the Mayor of Presevo, Sciprim Arifi, the debate should help the 2017 budget be better and more transparent than the former ones. 

The public debate is organized "because the municipal budget isn’t just a collection of numbers, but also reflects the values ​​and commitment to how we want to build and develop our community in the future," said Mayor Arifi.

Invited to the public debate are directors of public institutions and primary and secondary schools, heads of departments in the local self-government, representatives of non-governmental organizations and political parties, local businesses, youth organizations and students, as well as the citizens of the municipality of Presevo.

The public debate will take place from Monday to Saturday (from October 17 to 22) on the premises of the municipal building and the Community Centre in Presevo.
