The first international course on "Human Rights as a Universal Ideal: Global Threats and Challenges” will be held from October 23 to 27 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The said course is organized by the International Center for the Promotion of Human Rights – UNESCO Category II, while it is aimed at high-ranking officials from national governments and international institutions, researchers, academics and the staff of civil society organizations dedicated to human right issues. Fellowships will be awarded to cover course expenses, meals during the course and transfers. 

Applications may be e-mailed in the period from July 15 to August 15, 2017, while the selected candidates will be notified about the selection by an e-mail by September 15.
