Presevo, Bujanovac, Medvedja – The right to maternity allowance, which women employed on the basis of employment contracts have had so far, will be extended to include the women who perform their activities self-reliantly.
Presevo, Bujanovac, Medvedja – The right to maternity allowance, which women employed on the basis of employment contracts have had so far, will be extended to include the women who perform their activities self-reliantly. Female entrepreneurs, female farmers and women engaged outside employment contracts will, in the future, be entitled to the compensation of salary during maternity leave and leave from work in order to take care of their children, while parental allowance for the first child will increase from 39,000 dinars to 100,000 dinars.
That was stipulated in the law on financial support to families with children, the implementation of which will start as of July 1 this year.
