The Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities – the Association of Towns and Municipalities of Serbia issued a call for proposals under the Program "Support to EU Roma Inclusion – Empowering Local Communities for Roma Inclusion", which is funded by the European Union through the IPA 2016 – Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance II (IPA II) and implemented by the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities – the Association of Towns and Municipalities of Serbia.
The overall objective of the call for proposals is:
The empowering of the position of the Roma population in the local communities through the implementation of priority national and local policy measures.
Specific objective (s) of the call for proposals are:
1. Improving the social and economic position of the Roma population through employment activities carried out by the local community.
2. Support for activities aimed at combating discrimination and promoting equality of the Roma population.

The concepts of project proposals should be submitted in English, while the complete application of the project proposal may be submitted in English or Serbian.
The translation of project documentation into the Romani language is informative in character and is not used for filling in the application form.
The deadline for the submission of proposals is February 18, 2019.
