The new patients are from Bujanovac, Veliki Trnovac and Baraljevac, while the results for another 34 persons are expected.
The Director said that as of today, the health resort in Bujanovac Spa would become a COVID Hospital due to the growing number of citizens infected with the corona virus.
“We are speaking of enabling Bujanovac Spa to operate according to the COVID system. Patients with a milder clinical picture from our municipality will be hospitalized there", Dr. Jovanovic said. .
With 11 new cases, the total number of corona infections in the municipality of Bujanovac since the beginning of the epidemic has risen to 56.
On Friday, 5 new patients were recorded in Bujanovac.
