Bujanovac – The "Days of Diaspora” event was, under the auspices of the municipality of Bujanovac,  held in the town square.

Participants in the event displayed the local products, juices, vegetable crops, cured meats, and sweets, while the Tourist Organization of Bujanovac had its stand, too.   

“We also participate in the event with our presentation, a part of which is a poll with the potential investors who want to invest in tourism. We are conducting a survey and getting in touch with the people and I hope we will get some results, "said Stanko Ikic, an expert in tourism.

In addition to the displayed products, visitors were able to see the art works of authors from Bujanovac and Presevo municipalities that attracted a great deal of attention.

Meanwhile, citizens were entertained by members of the folk ensembles "Jehona", "Voice of the Valley" and "Eagles" from Bujanovac, while a star of the evening was the “Fisniket" band from Pristina.

Saip Kamberi, the Mayor of Bujanovac, highlighted the importance of cooperating with the Diaspora and said that the “Diaspora Days” event would, in the future, be held on every August 1.
