BUJANOVAC – Yesterday, Ali Riza Colak, the Turkish Ambassador to Belgrade, laid the corner stone of a new school in Veliki Trnovac.  The construction of the school, the overall value of which is around 100 million dinars, is mostly funded by the Turkish governmental development agency, which has its office in Belgrade, while the Coordination Body of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja participates in the project with 10 million dinars.

“The extended department of the school is located in a dilapidated house, which will be used until the new school is built. The construction of a new facility is of utmost importance for children from that part of Veliki Trnovac,” said Riza Halimi, Leader of the Party for Democratic Action.
