On March 5, 2010, the Office of the Coordination Body announced two new open competitions for funding projects in Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja. 

The announced open competitions are for programs and projects of the associations of citizens for the purpose of providing assistance to the population of the municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja in 2010. The associations of citizens that are registered in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, as well as  those that submit their project proposals in accordance with the clearly- set Guidelines for Project Proposal Submitters, shall have the right to participate in the open competitions. Under this open competition, 5,000,000.00 dinars shall be allocated, while the maximum amount of the financial resources per project is 500,000.00 dinars.

The Office of the Coordination Body announced the open competition for funding projects within the Program for Exercising and Improving Social and Minority Rights and Particular Qualities in the Municipalities of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja in 2010.  The registered associations of citizens, non-profit organizations and legal entities are entitled to participate in the said open competition. Under this open competition, 12,000,000.00 dinars shall be allocated, while the amount of financial resources for which one applies isn’t limited.
