The ENECA Association and the Development Business Center from Kragujevac (RBC) invite all interested companies and entrepreneur stores from the territory of the Jablanica and Raska districts to apply for the participation in the project "Empowered Businesses for Youth Employment", which is supported by the Kingdom of Norway through the project "Norway for You – Serbia”. 

Twenty food producers, which will take part in the activities tailored to the individual needs of each beneficiary, will be selected in the competition.

The selected beneficiaries will be supported in the following ways:

• Top business training for all 20 businesses;

• Customized professional consulting support (in the areas where there are the greatest client needs) for all 20 businesses;

• Participation in the international regional fair of food producers for 10 businesses (exhibition at the promotional event will be conducted depending on epidemiological measures);

• Business certification for the appropriate quality systems of 10 businesses;

• Covered salary costs for one month of hiring at least 2 young interns.

The responsibilities of the supported beneficiaries are as follows:

• To actively participate in the implementation of project activities and to attend the implementation of project activities by at least one employee. 

• To provide internship for two young unemployed persons for one month (training costs covered by the project).

• To employ, during the implementation of the project, at least one person that has completed internship. 

The competition is open until December 10, 2020 at 4 pm.
