With the aim of increasing the afforested areas in the territory of the Republic of Serbia, the Ministry of Environmental Protection issued a new call for the allocation of the remaining funds of the Green Fund of the Republic of Serbia for afforestation in 2019.

Pursuant to the Competition, which was published on April 22, 2019, and in accordance with the decision on determining the final ranking list on the allocation of funds from the Green Fund of the Republic of Serbia for afforestation in 2019 of June 20, 2019, the funds were allocated in the amount of 18,061,564.00 dinars.

By this Competition, the remaining amount of funds of the Green Fund for afforestation in 2019 of 22,938,436.00 dinars will be distributed. 

The funds of the Green Fund are allocated for the procurement of seedlings and the execution of works for the afforestation of land with autochthonous types of trees and shrubs, on publicly owned land in the territory of local self-governmental units (cities and municipalities) and urban municipalities.
