Bujanovac, Мedvedja – The Red Cross Office in Bujanovac sent thirty-four children from the municipality to the Nis Red Cross’ “Divljani” resort in Bela Palanka.
The children from Bujanovac, together with their peers from the municipality of Medvedja, will stay there until July 8.
"The children will attend a series of workshops organized by Red Cross’ volunteers," said Vlastimir Stojkovic, an associate for program activities of that organization.
Suzana Lazarevic, a teacher at the “Our Joy” preschool institution, will accompany the children from Bujanovac, and she will, along with a teacher from Medvedja, take care of the children.
The Red Cross of Serbia, in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs of Serbia, provided the opportunity for the children from the Program of Soup Kitchens and the Program of Aid in the form of family food and hygiene parcels to stay at the resort in Bela Palanka.
