    Bujanovac – The Police Department in Vranje stated that Vranje police had temporarily confiscated two tons of tobacco leaves and two machines for cutting tobacco in Veliki Trnovac, which is situated near Bujanovac.  According to Dragan Stamenkovic, a spokesperson for the Vranje Police Department, the tobacco had been seized from three persons from Veliki Trnovac.

    Presevo – According to a statement made by the Customs Administration, the customs officers at Presevo border crossing prevented a Greek citizen from illegally entering into Serbia more than 5 kilograms of silver jewelry, the worth of which is over 16,000 euros.

    Aleksinac –  At yesterday's meeting of the Managing Board of the European PROGRESS, the criteria for providing support to clusters for innovations, totaling up to 200. 000 euros, were adopted.  The Managing Board also approved the criteria for granting support to the local self-governments for the development of technical documentation for the social and economic infrastructure projects. A sum of 1.78 million euros was allocated for that purpose.

    Under a decision of the Republican Inspection for State Roads, which was reached this February, vehicles weighing more than 3.5 tonnes are forbidden from using the bridge in Medvedja, which connects Trstenik and Krusevac, due to the age of the bridge.  The problem hasn’t been resolved to this very day, which particularly affects about twenty thousand inhabitants of the surrounding villages, who regularly use bus transportation.
